The Bethel Community Watch Program (BCWP) was created to give qualifying offenders the opportunity to continue in their jobs and maintain the family unit while meeting their obligation to society.  Using state-of-the-art electronic technology, BCWP offers an alternative to incarceration by monitoring participant compliance to house arrest curfews 24 hours a day.  The Program is extremely flexible, setting curfews that range from straight home confinement to release for work, treatment, support groups, medical appointments or any other court approved activity.
